About Kim Sheen

I am from Warwick, Rhode Island and I have practiced Real Estate (sales & rentals) for the same company for about 20 years.  I came to Bermuda for a holiday and met my Bermudaful husband Andrew “Chester” Sheen.  I now have been practicing here since 2009 and very happy to own my small, client-tailored business since 2013.  I truly give personal & knowledgeable service.

As you will see there are initials after my name GRI, “Graduate of the Real Estate Institute”. CRS, “Certified Residential Specialist” CBR, “Certified Buyers Representative”.  I always believed that education is the key to providing the best possible professional service for my clients.  Educating my clients is extremely important, as I continually ad value to my services.

My affiliations include a Proud member of the National & International Association of Realtors.  Committee member of the Executive Real Estate within Chamber of Commerce, Real Estate Membership Committee as well as Rental & Ethics committees.
